The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) undertakes sports development activities across the state, including stadium construction, sports academies and coaching. It jointly runs a Khelo India State Centre of Excellence with the Sports Authority of India and recruits coaches and sports-academy staff, largely on contractual/outsourced terms.
