02How it recruits

In plain words

The Central Waqf Council, set up in 1964 under the Waqf Act 1954 and functioning under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, advises on and supervises the administration of Waqf properties across India and the welfare of the Muslim community. It recruits its own administrative and technical staff, usually via written examination and interview, notified on its own website.

CWC recruits mainly through a written competitive examination, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group B/C.

Government recruitment never charges a placement fee. Apply only on the official website linked here. jobs.4ab.in is an information directory, not a government site — see the disclaimer. If you were asked to pay for a government job offer, an interview call or a medical test, it is a scam: do not pay, and report it here.
