02How it recruits
In plain words
The Directorate of Prosecution, Delhi, under the Government of NCT of Delhi, conducts criminal prosecutions in Delhi’s courts. Its own website publishes recruitment rules for Director, Chief Prosecutor and Additional/Assistant Public Prosecutor posts; some ministerial/judicial-assistant categories are recruited through the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB, dsssb.delhi.gov.in).
Delhi Prosecution recruits mainly through a written examination followed by an interview, or direct recruitment, without a competitive exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B.
