Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), formerly known as Diesel Loco Modernisation Works (DMW), is a diesel locomotive overhaul and modernisation production unit of Indian Railways under the Ministry of Railways. It conducts its own periodic engagement of ITI Act Apprentices, with candidates first registering on the national Apprenticeship India portal before applying through the unit's own website; regular gazetted and non-gazetted posts are filled through RRB/RRC.
