02How it recruits

In plain words

Hindustan Copper Limited is India's only vertically integrated copper-producing Miniratna-I CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, with mines and smelters at Khetri (Rajasthan), Malanjkhand (Madhya Pradesh) and other complexes. It recruits Junior Managers and Management Trainees mainly through GATE score or its own online test followed by interview, and Trade Apprentices and workman-cadre posts through its own written examinations at each mining complex.

HCL recruits mainly through a candidate's score in a national test such as GATE or NET, or a written examination followed by an interview. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/C/apprentice.
