The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, set up in 2016 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, administers the Investor Education and Protection Fund, refunding unclaimed shares, dividends and matured deposits to investors and running investor-awareness programmes. Its officer posts are filled both directly and by deputation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, with notices published on its own website.
