Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) is one of the 12 Major Port Authorities under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, on Goa's coast handling iron ore and general cargo. It recruits officer-level posts such as Officer (Environmental) and Senior Deputy Traffic Manager, and periodic Apprentices, with applications made through the Ministry's shared Online Application Portal.

MPA recruits mainly through a written examination followed by an interview, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/apprentice.
