National Education Society for Tribal Students is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs that runs Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) for tribal (ST) students across India. NESTS recruits teaching and non-teaching staff for EMRS campuses nationwide through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE), a large all-India computer-based recruitment drive notified on its own website whenever a fresh cycle of vacancies opens.
