02How it recruits
In plain words
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is a statutory authority under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways responsible for development, maintenance and management of National Highways. NHAI recruits Deputy Managers (Technical/IT) directly through GATE scores, and fills senior posts such as Chief General Manager (Finance) and technical Advisors on contract or through a Search-cum-Selection process, with notifications published on its own official website.
NHAI recruits mainly through a candidate's score in a national test such as GATE or NET, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A.
