Bihar Gramin Bank is the Regional Rural Bank for Bihar, formed under the Government of India's "One State, One RRB" amalgamation policy and headquartered in Patna. It is sponsored by Punjab National Bank, which along with the Government of India and the state government holds equity in the bank.
