02How it recruits
In plain words
Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), Yelahanka, Bengaluru is a wheel-and-axle manufacturing production unit of Indian Railways under the Ministry of Railways. RWF conducts its own periodic engagement of Act Apprentices in ITI trades such as Fitter, Machinist, Turner and Electrician, with selection by merit on Class 10/ITI marks; regular gazetted and non-gazetted posts are filled through RRB/RRC.
RWF recruits mainly through direct recruitment, without a competitive exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group apprentice.
