02How it recruits
In plain words
Most states run their own Judicial Academy (e.g. UP Judicial Academy, Bihar Judicial Academy, Karnataka Judicial Academy, Kerala Judicial Academy) to train newly-recruited Civil Judges and conduct continuing judicial education, mirroring the National Judicial Academy at the state level. Each state academy recruits its own faculty and support staff separately and is usually linked from the state’s High Court website rather than having one common national portal.
State Judicial Academies recruits mainly through a written examination followed by an interview, or direct recruitment, without a competitive exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B.
