Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRC) is a 50:50 joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, implementing and operating the Lucknow, Kanpur and Agra Metro projects. UPMRC recruits engineers and managers for executive posts and Station Controllers, Maintainers and similar staff for non-executive posts on an as-needed basis, generally through a written test/interview, with age and qualification norms specified in each notification.

UPMRC recruits mainly through a written examination followed by an interview. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/C.
