Bank of India has invited online applications under Project No. 2026-27/02 (Notice dated 01.08.2026) for recruitment of Officers in various specialist streams from Scale I (Officer) up to Scale IV (Chief Manager), totalling 205 vacancies inclusive of backlog. The posts are concentrated in IT and digital roles such as Full-Stack Engineering, Digital Platforms, Data Analytics and Data Engineering, Information Security and Cybersecurity (including posts requiring CISA/CISM/CISSP qualifications), Application Support & Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevSecOps Engineering, IT Procurement, Solution & Technology Architecture, Database Administration, QA & Test Engineering, UI/UX Design and Business Analysis, along with a smaller number of Law Officer and Civil Engineer posts. Vacancies and reserved-category numbers are provisional and may vary as per the Bank's requirements. Online registration and fee payment run from 10 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 (both days inclusive). The application fee is Rs. 175 (intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs. 1180 (application fee plus intimation charges) for General/EWS/OBC candidates, both inclusive of GST. Age and educational qualification eligibility are assessed as on 01 August 2026 and differ post-by-post (detailed in Annexure-I of the notice); pay follows the Bank's standard officer scales from JMGS-I to SMGS-IV. Selection may be through an online examination and/or interview, at the Bank's discretion, and a candidate may apply for only one post. Selected officers are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
