Section A/Table-I covers 9 regular positions on IDA pay scales: General Manager (C&P)/E-8 (1 post, Rs 1,20,000-2,80,000), Deputy General Manager (Legal)/E-6 (1), Deputy Manager posts in EMD, Engineering-Civil and IT/E-3 (1 each), Accounts Officer/E-1 (1), Officer (HR & Admin.)/E-1 (2) and Engineer (Corporate Planning)/E-1 (1). Section B/Table-II covers 19 Fixed Term Executive posts, engaged initially for 3 years and extendable by up to 2 more years based on project requirement and performance: Officer (Legal)/FTE-E1 (1), Senior Engineer (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical)/FTE-E2 (11 posts combined), and Deputy Manager posts (Electrical, Civil, Solar-Policy & Regulatory, Solar-Commissioning, Solar-Rooftop)/FTE-E3 (7 posts combined). Minimum qualifications are mainly engineering degrees (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or an LLB, with post-qualification experience requirements ranging from 1 to 22 years depending on the post, generally in the power or renewable energy sector. Upper age limits vary by post from 28 to 55 years, reckoned on the closing date, with standard relaxation of 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD and as per government norms for Ex-servicemen.
