Online only through www.delhihighcourt.nic.in; separate online applications and separate fee must be submitted for the Senior Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant posts. Candidates must register with their email ID and mobile number, upload a scanned colour passport-size photograph, a live webcam photograph, left-hand thumb impression and signature. No offline applications will be accepted. A correction window will be open from 12.10.2026 to 14.10.2026.

The High Court of Delhi has invited online applications for 150 existing vacancies to the posts of Senior Personal Assistant (117 posts) and Personal Assistant (33 posts), along with preparation of a panel for future vacancies. Applicants must be citizens of India, or subjects of Nepal as per Government of India instructions, and graduates from a recognised university. Senior Personal Assistant candidates need a shorthand speed of at least 110 w.p.m. in English and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer; Personal Assistant candidates need at least 100 w.p.m. in shorthand and the same typing speed. The age limit is 18 to 32 years as on 01.01.2026, with the usual relaxations for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen categories, and no upper limit for candidates already in the Court's regular service. Reservation is provided for SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC-NCL (27%), EWS (10%) and PwBD (4% horizontal). Selection proceeds through four stages: a qualifying English Typing Test (40 w.p.m.), an English Shorthand Test (120 marks), a Main Descriptive Examination of 100 marks covering essay, letter writing, grammar/comprehension and translation, and an Interview of 15 marks; candidates must clear each stage to advance, and there is no exemption or scribe facility for PwBD candidates given the nature of the duties. Online applications open on 15.09.2026 and close on 05.10.2026 (2300 hours), with a correction window from 12.10.2026 to 14.10.2026. The examination fee is Rs. 1,500 for General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and Rs. 1,300 for SC/ST and specified PwBD candidates, payable online and non-refundable.
