The Sports Department of Haryana has invited applications for engagement, on a purely contractual basis for one year (coterminous with the Khelo India Scheme), for three posts at the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE), Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex, Sector-3, Panchkula. The posts are: Doctor/Sports Injury Management (1 post, below 45 years, requiring an MD or Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine recognised by the erstwhile MCI with at least two years of research/work experience with national/state athletes, remuneration Rs. 1,00,000-1,50,000 per month); Strength & Conditioning Expert Grade-II (1 post, below 45 years, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Science/Sports Science/Sports Coaching, or any graduation with an ASCA Level-1 or higher/CSCS/UK SCA accredited coaching qualification or a diploma/certificate in fitness training from a government institution, remuneration Rs. 60,000-80,000 per month); and Young Professional (1 post, below 32 years, requiring a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Management, or a graduate with at least three years' work experience, with preference for international-level sportspersons or those holding an MBA/PG in Sports Management, remuneration Rs. 40,000 per month). The engagement carries no TA/DA for joining or completion, no HRA or other allowances, 30 days' leave per calendar year on pro-rata basis, and confers no right to permanent employment. Selection is by interview at the candidate's own cost after scrutiny of applications; a candidate applying for more than one post will be interviewed only once.
