The upper age limit is 35 years for Junior Young Professionals and 38 years for Senior Young Professionals as on the last date of application. The engagement is for a tenure of 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years based on satisfactory performance, and can be terminated by either side with one month's notice. Consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs 70,000 for Senior Young Professionals and Rs 40,000 for Junior Young Professionals, each rising by Rs 5,000 per year on extension; no TA/DA is payable for the selection process or joining.
