01Your day, in order
01Why this exists
Most people already track their health. The problem is that it lands wherever there was space at the time — so nobody, including your doctor, ever sees the whole picture.
BP & Sugar Tracker keeps all of it in one history that you own, on every device you log in from.
02What you can record
Systolic, diastolic and pulse, with arm, position and device recorded alongside.
Blood pressureFasting, before meal, after meal, random or bedtime — in mg/dL or mmol/L.
Blood sugarLog on their own or captured with a BP reading.
Pulse & SpO₂Track weight over months, not just this week.
WeightDoses, timings and a simple taken / missed / skipped log.
MedicinesWhat you ate, portion and carbs — with the glucose readings recorded around it.
MealsWalking, running, cycling, gym or yoga, with duration and distance.
ActivityBedtime to wake time, including nights that cross midnight.
SleepHeadache, dizziness, weakness and more, with severity and timing.
SymptomsA month at a glance, and a full timeline for any day you tap.
CalendarAverages, ranges, adherence and trends for any period, ready to print.
Doctor reportCSV that opens in Excel, plus a printable summary you can keep.
Export03Built carefully
If a photo of your monitor can't be read confidently, you're asked to check the value yourself before it's saved.
Trends are reported as stable, rising, falling or not enough data. Nothing in the app tells you what a reading means for your health.
Export everything as CSV whenever you want, and delete your account and its records permanently from Settings.
Entries save on your device first and sync when you're back online, so a weak connection never costs you a reading.
In three months you’ll have something worth showing your doctor. Free to start, no card needed.
