What it is

What it is
The Classroom Program at the Sector 113 centre: the same 6-month plan taught face to face, with the study material, test series and doubt sessions included.

Students who want the discipline of a classroom, face-to-face doubt clearing and a peer group preparing for the same paper.

What you learn
- Physical: structure, equilibrium, kinetics, electrochemistry, surface chemistry, spectroscopy, quantum and statistical mechanics
- Inorganic: main group, transition elements, lanthanides and actinides, organometallics, radioactivity, bioinorganic, solids, instrumental methods
- Organic: stereochemistry, reaction mechanisms, organic synthesis, pericyclic and photochemistry, heterocycles, biomolecules, spectroscopy for structure
GATE marks are fine-grained — 1- and 2-mark questions with NAT answers to a tolerance — so the programme drills numerical accuracy alongside concepts. Each unit ends with its GATE PYQs; the last two months are full-length papers with the general-aptitude section included.

Pattern
3 hours · 65 questions · 100 marks: general aptitude 15 marks + chemistry 85 marks; MCQ, MSQ and NAT types; negative marking on MCQ only (−1/3 for 1-mark, −2/3 for 2-mark).
Eligibility
Third-year or higher in a bachelor's degree, or a completed degree in a relevant discipline; no age limit.

What can I do with a GATE CY score?
MTech and PhD admission at IITs, IISc and NITs with a stipend, and recruitment by PSUs that use GATE scores.
What is the fee?
₹25,000 for the 6-month offline batch at Gurugram Sector 113, ₹15,000 for the online batch.
Is the syllabus the same as CSIR-NET?
Largely. GATE is a single paper with numerical-answer questions; NET has three parts with a different marking scheme. The batches share the concept classes and differ in the practice layer.
