02How it recruits
In plain words
The Allahabad High Court, the High Court of Uttar Pradesh, is one of the largest High Courts in India with a principal seat at Prayagraj and a bench at Lucknow. Besides judicial recruitment (see judicial-services), it directly recruits its own registry staff — Clerk, Stenographer, Translator, Personal Assistant, Driver and Class-IV posts — and periodically staff for UP’s district judiciary.
Allahabad HC recruits mainly through a written competitive examination, or direct recruitment, without a competitive exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group C/D.
