The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), constituted in 1992, is the sole constitutional body conducting recruitment examinations for non-gazetted (Class III) and Class IV posts across departments of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir - distinct from JKPSC, which recruits for gazetted posts. It is headquartered at CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, and notifies vacancies on its own website.
