02How it recruits

The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC), set up in 1997 under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, provides concessional finance for income-generating activities for persons with disabilities. It recruits Managers, Executives and other staff, encouraging candidates from all disability categories, notified on its own website.

NHFDC recruits mainly through direct recruitment, without a competitive exam, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group B/contractual.
