The Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), a statutory body since 1993 under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, regulates training programmes and courses for professionals working with persons with disabilities. It recruits Young Professionals on contract and administrative/technical staff, notified on its own website.
