02How it recruits

In plain words

NIPER Mohali is the original and coordinating institute of the seven NIPERs (Mohali, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Kolkata and Raebareli), all declared Institutes of National Importance under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, offering postgraduate/doctoral pharmaceutical-sciences education. Each NIPER campus recruits its own faculty and non-teaching/research staff through its own recruitment cell; NIPER Mohali's is at niper.gov.in.

NIPER recruits mainly through a written examination followed by an interview, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B.
