Applications are received online only; on registration, applicants get an online Registration Number to be preserved for future reference. Email ID must be entered correctly and compulsorily, as hall tickets/call letters for the Written Test/CBT and interview will be sent by email only.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), through the ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB), has invited online applications for 175 vacancies of Scientist/Engineer 'SC' under Advertisement No. ISRO:ICRB:03(EMC):2026 dated 27 August 2026. The posts are for BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree holders in Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science disciplines, with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. Of the 175 posts, 99 are for Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (Electronics), 52 for Mechanical and 21 for Computer Science at constituent ISRO Centres (Group 'A' Gazetted posts in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix), with one additional post in each discipline at the Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), an autonomous body under the Department of Space (Group 'A' Non-Gazetted). The upper age limit is 28 years as on 16 September 2026, with relaxation for serving Central Government employees, Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities as per government rules. Selected candidates will be appointed in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 56,100 per month, along with Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance. Online applications can be submitted only through www.isro.gov.in from 27 August 2026 to 16 September 2026 (11:55 PM). A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 250 applies to all posts, with an initial processing fee of Rs. 750 collected via the Bharatkosh e-Payment gateway; the fee is fully refunded for women, SC/ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates, while other candidates receive a partial refund after appearing for the Written Test/CBT. Selection is through a Written Test/CBT, to be held at 37 centres across India including Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna and Guwahati, followed by an interview for candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio. The final merit panel is prepared giving 50% weightage each to the Written Test/CBT and Interview marks. Candidates are cautioned against fake offers of appointment purportedly from ISRO.
