Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Navratna Government of India Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing fertilizers and industrial chemicals from its Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad) units, has invited online applications (Advertisement No. 01072026) for 10 posts of Assistant Officer (Secretarial), E0 Grade, for its Trombay/Thal/Area Offices across India. Of the 10 vacancies, 6 are unreserved, 1 for SC, 2 for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 1 for EWS, with 1 vacancy reserved for a person with benchmark disability (Locomotor). Eligible candidates need a three-year regular full-time graduate degree plus a two-year regular full-time postgraduate degree, along with a one-year government-recognised diploma in Executive Assistant/Executive Personal Assistant/Office Management and Secretarial Practice/Modern Office Management/Stenography or an equivalent qualification, securing at least 55% marks in the final year of graduation (50% for SC candidates), plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Secretarial Assistant, Secretary or similar role (an alternative route through a specialised Bachelor's degree in Office Management/Secretarial Practice with a postgraduate degree is also accepted). The upper age limit as on 01.07.2026 is 32 years for UR/EWS, 37 for SC, and 35 for OBC (NCL), with further relaxation for PwBD candidates. Selected candidates will be placed in the E0 grade with a pay scale of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000, a minimum gross monthly salary of approximately Rs. 65,000, and benefits including company accommodation (where available), Performance Related Pay, medical facilities, gratuity, provident fund, accident insurance and pension.
