How to read the label
A3B2C2_tI28_122_ad_c_d-001: the stoichiometry comes first (A, B, C… are the elements in alphabetical order of their site labels), then the Pearson symbol tI28, then the space-group number 122, then the Wyckoff letters occupied by each element in turn (Mn: 4a; Pt: 8c; Mn: 8d; Sn: 8d).
