How to read the label

AB3_mP16_10_mn_3m3n-001: the stoichiometry comes first (A, B, C… are the elements in alphabetical order of their site labels), then the Pearson symbol mP16, then the space-group number 10, then the Wyckoff letters occupied by each element in turn (Cl: 2m; H: 2m; H: 2m; H: 2m; Cl: 2n; H: 2n; H: 2n; H: 2n).
