Chhattisgarh has no standalone police recruitment board — Police Constable recruitment (General Duty, Trade and Driver cadres, and Excise Constable) is conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, popularly known as CG Vyapam, through a written examination, physical test and medical examination. CG Vyapam also conducts the state's other technical and professional entrance examinations (see the separate CGVYAPAM entry under State SSSB).
