The Directorate General of Employment, under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, runs the National Career Service (NCS) - a free, one-stop online portal (ncs.gov.in) offering job search, career counselling and skill-matching services, including a dedicated Government Jobs listing used across the ministry's own field employment exchanges.
