02How it recruits

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation administers provident fund, pension and insurance schemes for organised-sector workers under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. It runs its own periodic written-exam recruitment for Social Security Assistant and Stenographer (Group C) posts, complete with a skill or typing test, while its Group A Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer posts are filled through UPSC's own examination (recorded under UPSC in this directory).
