The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), established under the Company Secretaries Act 1980, regulates and develops the Company Secretary profession under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It recruits Executive Assistants and staff across its head office and four regional offices, through notifications on its own website. ICSI is headquartered in New Delhi.
