NITI Aayog is the Government of India's policy think tank, replacing the erstwhile Planning Commission. It periodically recruits contract-basis Consultants, Young Professionals and Senior Associates into its Flexi pool, and separately advertises deputation and departmental posts (including through its attached office, the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office). Vacancy circulars are published on NITI Aayog's own website as posts arise, without a fixed annual recruitment cycle; applications are submitted through an online form linked from the vacancy circular page.
