The Rajya Sabha Secretariat provides secretarial, administrative and research support to the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) and its committees. Its own Recruitment Cell, based in Parliament House Annexe, advertises vacancies for Secretariat posts such as Parliamentary Reporter, Executive Assistant and Committee/Security Assistant on its official recruitment pages, along with the recruitment rules and exam schemes for each post.
