ESIC Super Speciality Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad (Telangana) has invited applications, under Advertisement No. 02/2026, from eligible candidates for engagement as Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident on a contractual basis through walk-in interview. A total of 17 vacancies are advertised across Neuro-Surgery, Nephrology, Neurology, Cardiology, Radiology and Anaesthesia (with Surgical ICU), with 9 further vacancies anticipated to arise by 31 October 2026. There is no online application process; candidates must report in person with the prescribed application form and self-attested documents for interview and document verification on the department's scheduled date: 16 September 2026 for Neuro-Surgery, Nephrology and Neurology posts; 17 September 2026 for Cardiology and Radiology Senior Resident posts; and 18 September 2026 for Anaesthesia posts. Essential qualification for teaching faculty is as prescribed under the Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 of the National Medical Commission; DNB broad/super-specialty qualifications from institutions with 500 or more beds are treated as equivalent to MD/MS or DM/M.Ch. The upper age limit is 69 years for teaching faculty (with no faculty serving beyond 70 years) and 45 years for Senior Resident. Consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 2,59,515 for Professor, Rs. 1,72,572 for Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, and Rs. 1,48,263 for Senior Resident (the latter on the 7th CPC Level-11 basic pay of Rs. 67,700 plus allowances). Selected candidates must submit a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 at the time of joining and are engaged for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance. Candidates already employed in government service must produce a No Objection Certificate, and no TA/DA is paid for attending the interview or joining.
