02How it recruits
In plain words
The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the apex consumer forum established in 1988, hears the largest consumer disputes and appeals from State Commissions. It recruits Law Clerks and ministerial staff directly; state and district consumer commissions recruit separately under each state.
NCDRC recruits mainly through direct recruitment, without a competitive exam, or a written competitive examination, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B/C.
