02How it recruits

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal hears appeals from NCLT orders (and from CCI and IBBI in certain matters). It recruits its own registry staff and Legal Research Associates directly for its Delhi bench.

NCLAT recruits mainly through direct recruitment, without a competitive exam, or a written competitive examination, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B/C.
