02How it recruits

In plain words

The National Company Law Tribunal, constituted in 2016 under the Companies Act 2013, adjudicates corporate and insolvency matters through 16+ benches across India. It recruits Legal Research Associates, registry and stenographic staff directly for its various benches.

NCLT recruits mainly through direct recruitment, without a competitive exam, or a written competitive examination, or a direct interview, without a separate written exam. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B/C.
