1. Trial classes and selection
- Teachers are assigned on a trial basis before final confirmation.
- Continuation depends on student satisfaction and feedback.
- Punctuality, communication and professionalism are required during the trial.
2. Service fee and payments
- A service fee of 30% + 20% is deducted from the first two months.
- A monthly maintenance fee of ₹100 is deducted.
- Payments are released only after successful completion of classes.
- Attendance and progress updates are mandatory for payment.
3. Punctuality and performance monitoring
- If a teacher is late or misses class more than twice, a double deduction applies.
- Repeated delay or poor feedback may lead to replacement.
- Payment is not released for unsatisfactory classes.
4. Tests and result submission
- A test is conducted every 15 days as per the student's syllabus.
- ₹200 per test is collected directly from parents by the institute.
- The teacher prepares the question paper and evaluates it on time.
- Marks and feedback must be submitted within 3 days.
- Late submission may result in a payment deduction.
5. Refund and replacement rights
- If a teacher fails to conduct classes, payment may be withheld.
- A teacher may be replaced without notice based on feedback.
- No payment is released for classes not attended or cancelled without reason.
6. Conduct, safety and platform policies
- Teachers must maintain discipline and respectful communication.
- Sharing personal contacts or taking offline classes without approval is prohibited.
- Violation leads to termination and permanent blacklisting.
