Who runs these websites
4ab.in and the Great Service websites (including ABC Chemistry, Great Home Tutor, the Question Bank, Astrology, Chandramilan and Great Web) are operated by GAURAW Research & Educational Academy for Tutoring (OPC) Private Limited, a one-person company founded and directed by Aniket Bhardwaj.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require. Please include your order id or the page address so we can find it quickly. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in).
Privacy policy
4AB (4ab.in) is run by GAURAW Research & Educational Academy for Tutoring (OPC) Private Limited (see who we are). We collect only what a service needs to work: an email or phone number you type to receive a one-time code, the details you enter into a form (for example birth details for a kundli, a property listing, a lead enquiry), and standard server logs. A self-hosted visitor counter stores a daily-rotating hash, never your IP address. Google Analytics 4 runs on public pages. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Paytm; card details never reach our servers. Health readings on BP Sugar Tracker are private to your account. Write to Support@4ab.in to have your data corrected or deleted.
Terms of use
The 4AB websites publish information from official and named sources with honest labels; nothing is guaranteed to be complete or error-free. Astrology, numerology, palmistry and similar content is traditional interpretation, not fact or medical, legal or financial advice. Directory listings are public information and may be out of date — verify before you act. Paid reports and services are delivered as described on their own page. Do not scrape, copy or republish original content without permission.
Disclaimer
Government job and exam information is collected from official notifications and can change without notice — always confirm on the official website linked from each page. Health tools (BP Sugar Tracker) are for your own record-keeping and never replace a doctor. Matrimonial profiles on Chandramilan may be based on public or family-submitted information; independent verification is not guaranteed. Affiliate links on Discount Coupons may earn the site a commission at no cost to you.
Refund policy
Effective 2 October 2026. These terms apply to payments made on or after that date; an earlier payment keeps the terms that applied when it was made, or these terms if they are better for you. The amount refunded is the amount you actually paid, after any promo code.

| ABC Chemistry — monthly classes (Class 11, Class 12, JEE / NEET monthly) | Full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and have attended no more than 2 classes of that month. After that, the month in progress is not refunded. There is no lock-in: you can stop at any time before the next month is due. |
| ABC Chemistry — yearly and 6-month batches (JEE / NEET yearly, IIT-JAM / CSIR-NET / GATE online) | Full refund if you ask within 7 days of the first class and have attended no more than 2 classes. After that, whole months not yet started are refunded pro rata; the month in progress and any study material already sent are not. CUET and home tuition are quoted individually, and the same rule applies to the amount paid. |
| Great Home Tutor — listing packs (Edu Start, Smart Learn, Pro Mentor, Master Educator) | Full refund within 48 hours of payment if your listing has not yet been published. Once the listing is live, the pack period has started and is not refunded. Students never pay to search. |
| Question Bank — plans and credit packs | Unused credits are refundable. A plan is refundable in full within 7 days of payment if no paper has been exported under it; once exports have been used, it is not. |
| Astrology, numerology and palmistry reports | A report is generated for your exact details the moment you pay, so it cannot be returned. If the file was not delivered or cannot be opened, email your order id within 7 days and we will re-send it or refund the payment. |
| Chandramilan — membership (Silver, Gold, Diamond) | Refundable within 48 hours of payment if no contact has been unlocked. After a contact has been unlocked, or after 48 hours, the membership is not refunded. |
| Chandramilan — verification (per person) | Full refund if you cancel before the check begins. If you cancel after it has begun, the parts of the check not yet started are refunded. Once the verification report has been delivered, it is not refunded. |
| Chandramilan — facilitation (step payments or full package) | Each step is refundable in full until that step's meeting or event has been arranged. A completed step is not refunded; for the full package, steps not yet arranged are refunded at their step price. |
| Puja Path — pandit seva | Booked against a written quote after a call; the cancellation terms are written on that quote before you pay. |
| Great Web — websites, blogging and SEO | Follows the Great Web refund policy (advance refundable in full within 7 days if work has not started; delivered milestones and started SEO months are not refunded). |
How to ask: email Support@4ab.in or WhatsApp +91 92121 42427 with your order id. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are issued through the payment gateway to the original payment method; the bank usually shows the money within 5–7 working days of approval. Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
