$a=b+2 \Rightarrow b=a-2$ And, $b=c+10 \Rightarrow c=b-10=(a-2)-10=a-12$. $$\begin{aligned} a+b+c=130 & \Rightarrow a+(a-2)+(a-12)=130 \\ & \Rightarrow 3 a=144 \Rightarrow a=48 \end{aligned}$$ $\therefore(b+c)-a=[(a-2)+(a-12)]-a$ $$=(2 a-14)-a=(a-14)=48-14=34 .$$
