Explanation
C.P. of 1600 eggs $=₹\left(\frac{3.75}{12} \times 1600\right)=₹ 500$. S.P. of 1600 eggs $=₹\left(\frac{1}{2} \times 900+\frac{2}{5} \times 700\right)=₹ 730$. $$\text { ∴ Gain\% }=\left(\frac{230}{500} \times 100\right) \%=46 \% .$$
