Let the full marks for each paper be $x$. Let the marks obtained in the five papers be $6 y, 7 y, 8 y$, $9 y$ and $10 y$ respectively. Then, $\frac{6 y+7 y+8 y+9 y+10 y}{5 x}=\frac{60}{100}$ $$\Rightarrow \frac{40 y}{5 x}=\frac{3}{5} \Rightarrow 40 y=3 x \Rightarrow x=\frac{40}{3} y$$
