Distance covered $=65 \mathrm{km}=65000 \mathrm{m}$. Time taken $=2 \mathrm{hrs} 10 \mathrm{min}$ $=[(2 \times 60)+10] \min =130 \min$. ∴ Speed $=\left(\frac{65000}{130}\right) \mathrm{m} /$ min $=500 \mathrm{m} /$ min .
