Explanation
Area to be plastered $=[2(l+b) \times h]+(l \times b)$ $$\begin{aligned} & =\{[2(25+12) \times 6]+(25 \times 12)\} \mathrm{m}^{2} \\ & =(444+300) \mathrm{m}^{2}=744 \mathrm{m}^{2} \end{aligned}$$ ∴ Cost of plastering = Rs $.\left(744 \times \frac{75}{100}\right)=$ Rs. 558.
