Explanation
Area of the rectangle $=32 \mathrm{cm}^{2}$. One side $=8 \mathrm{cm}$. $$\text { Other side }=\left(\frac{32}{8}\right) \mathrm{cm}=4 \mathrm{cm}$$ ∴ Diameter of the circle = Diagonal of the rectangle $$=\sqrt{8^{2}+4^{2}} \mathrm{cm}=\sqrt{80} \mathrm{cm}=4 \sqrt{5} \mathrm{cm} .$$
