Explanation
Let the breadth be $x$ metres. Then, length $=2 x$ metres. Area of 4 walls $=[2(2 x+x) \times 3] \mathrm{m}^{2}=(18 x) \mathrm{m}^{2}$. $$\therefore 18 x=108 \Rightarrow x=\frac{108}{18}=6 .$$ So, length = 12 m, breadth = 6 m. Volume $=(12 \times 6 \times 3) \mathrm{m}^{3}=216 \mathrm{m}^{3}$.
