Explanation
Surface area $=\left(\frac{34398}{13}\right)=2646 \mathrm{cm}^{2}$. $$\therefore 6 a^{2}=2646 \Rightarrow a^{2}=441 \Rightarrow a=21 .$$ So, Volume $=(21 \times 21 \times 21) \mathrm{cm}^{3}=9261 \mathrm{cm}^{3}$.
