Puja & Anushthan
What each puja is, when it is traditionally performed, what happens during it and what you need to arrange — described respectfully, with no fees and no promises.
How this page works
This page describes the main pujas and anushthans — Ganesh Puja, Satyanarayan Katha, Rudrabhishek, Navgraha Shanti, Griha Pravesh and the samskaras: what each one is, when it is traditionally performed, what happens during it and what samagri you need to arrange. It quotes no fees and makes no promises.
What you enter: nothing — pick a puja to read about it. For dates and timings, choose a day in the Panchang.
Worked example: for a Griha Pravesh, families usually fix the day with a pandit from the panchang and avoid Rahu Kaal for the main entry; the full list of items is in the samagri list linked below.
Item lists: puja samagri list · booking: pandit seva · deities and festival stories: festivals.

Booking a Pandit
We do not list any pandit yet, so we cannot take bookings — and we will not invent profiles, ratings or fees to look busier than we are. Verified pandit profiles will appear here once they genuinely exist. Until then, please contact customer care and we will help directly.
Choosing an auspicious time
Dates are traditionally chosen from the panchang — the tithi, nakshatra and the day's inauspicious windows such as Rahu Kaal. Our Panchang page computes these for your city.
